Easy Apricot Bread

An easy Apricot bread recipe…now you can start to bake right at home!
Ingredients
  Date bread mix 5 Ounce
  Chopped dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grease and flour a loaf pan.

MAKING
2) In a mixing bowl, mix together date bread mix, 1 cup water, and egg.
3) Add in the pecans and apricots and mix well.
4) Transfer into the loaf pan.
5) Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
6) Cool thoroughly in the pan.

SERVING
7) Slice and serve.
