Colorful Carrot Bread

Ingredients
  Soy flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mineral salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375°.
2) In a bowl, add honey and water to combine.
3) Add remaining ingredients by mixing well.

MAKING
4) Use a heavily oiled 10" cast iron skillet or 9" round cake pan, or 8" x 8" x 2" pan to pour the mixture.
5) Place inside oven to bake for 20 minutes, testing with toothpick.

SERVING
6) Serve the bread with butter or cheese spread.
