Nut Date Bread
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Sour milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raw sugar/Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Add nuts and dates to sieved dry ingredients. Mix in sugar, egg, melted fat and milk and beat well. Allow to stand for about 1 hour.
3. Take a pan, grease thoroughly and bake for about 60 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
