Healthy Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  Cooked pumpkin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cake yeast 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Warm water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
Add oil, salt, pumpkin and enough flour to make a smooth mixture.
Cover and stand in a warm place.
When light, add remainder of the flour, then cover and let rise again.
Divide into loaves, place in loaf tins and bake in a moder- ate oven for 40 minutes.
