Ingredients
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carb 1 Teaspoon, carb
Directions

Mix cream, sugar and honey, and sift in flour and ginger.
Add Bi-carb.
dissolved in 2 tspns.
warm water.
Mix well and pour into greased loaf tins.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
