Snails In Bread Crumbs
|Seasoned italian bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped shallots/Scallions||To Taste|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Melted butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snails||12 , drained, rinsed|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix bread crumbs, shallots, parsley, garlic and butter in baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Add snails to mixture; mix well.
Bake for 20 minutes longer.
Serve warm with crackers or Italian bread.
