Cinnamon Elephant Ears

Ingredients
  Dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar; mix well.
Divide dough into 12 pieces.
Lctsit 10 minutes.
Roll out on a lightly floured board.
Using hands, stretch each piece cirinto cular shape.
Heat vegetable oil in 10-inch skillet (cast iron is the best).
Place each circle of dough in the hot grease.
Turn once; the surface will bubble and blister and should be lightly browned.
Turn with spatula and broad knife.
Place on absorbent paper toweling; sprinkle immediately with mix of sugar and cinnamon.
If you tear a hole in the circle as it is being stretched that will not matter.
