Nut And Raisin Bread
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||5 Teaspoon|
|Wholemeal flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Seeded raisin||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Treacle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Mix in 11/2-cups wholemeal flour 1 cup seeded raisins 3/4-cup chopped nuts Mix 1/4-cup treacle and 1/2-cup brown sugar with 11/2-cups milk.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Grease two small bread pans.
Fill three- quarters full.
Bake at 375° F for about 1 hour.
