No Knead Oatmeal Bread
|Active dry yeast||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Quick cooking oatmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Molasses||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed for three minutes, pushing down batter into bowl as it climbs the beaters.
Pour into a greased 9x5x3-inclt loaf pan.
Cover and let rise in warm, draft-free place for 30 minutes.
Then bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown in 350 degree oven.
Remove from pan immediately.
