Fried Bread

Ingredients
  Bacon fat 3 Tablespoon (Drippings)
  Day old bread slice 2 , halved
Directions

Heat the fat in a frying pan and when it is very hot, put in the bread and fry quickly on both sides until lightly browned.
Lift with a pancake turner, hold over the pan for a few seconds to drain and serve at once.
