Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooked pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Baking soda 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add pumpkin and oil.
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Add to pumpkin mixture, alternately with water.
Beat well.
Fold in pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased loaf pans.
Makes 3 loaves.
This freezes well.
