Blueberry Orange Bread

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Orange rind 4 Teaspoon, grated
  Egg 1
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), blueberries
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in boiling water in small bowl.
Add 1/2 cup orange juice and 3 teaspoons rind.
Beat egg with sugar until light and fluffy.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with orange liquid, beating until smooth.
Fold in berries.
Bake in greased fancy 1 1/2-quart baking dish or loaf pan (9x5x3 inches) in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Turn out on rack or tray.
Mix 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 teaspoon rind, and honey; spoon over hot loaf.
Let stand until cold.
Makes 1 loaf.
