Chocolate Almond Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Baking chocolate squares 2 , melted
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Beat eggs until lemon colored.
Beat in sugar and oil.
In large bowl, add egg mixture, vanilla, and zucchini to chocolate.
Sift together dry ingredients and stir into zucchini mixture, and floured loaf pans (9x5x3 inch) and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until tested done.
Cool 15-20 minutes, then turn onto rack and cool thoroughly.
