Royal Baking Powder Bread
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Baking powder||7 Teaspoon|
|Potato||1 Medium, boiled|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F to 400°F.
2. Sieve in flour with baking powder, salt and sugar. Rub in the potato. Add milk required to shape the mixture smoothly into a stiff batter.
3. Take a loaf pan, grease it, transfer the batter into it. Take a knife, dip in melted butter and use this to smoothen the batter added to the greased pan. Keep aside in a warm place for half an hour.
4. Bake for an hour, take out add few cold water drops to damp the top. Keep aside to cool and put away in the bread box.
5. Serve as required.
