Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Half Crisco And Half Margarine)
  Ripe bananas 4
  Eggs 2
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Using electric mixer, cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs.
Then beat in dry ingredients.
Break in hunks of banana and add nut meats.
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
