Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soda 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour oil into mixing bowl, add sugar and beat well.
Mix dry ingredients together, add alternately with the water and pumpkin.
Pour into well greased baking pans.
Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
Makes 4 loaves.
