Ingredients
  Plain flour 7 Ounce, sieved (200 Gram)
  Caster sugar 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Ground aniseed 1 Teaspoon
  Cinammon 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Milk 7 Fluid Ounce (200 Milliliter)
  Honey 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Dried yeast 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take a 20 cm cake mould and line it with buttered greaseproof paper.

MAKING
2) Take a large bowl and blend flour, sugar, cinammon, and aniseed powder together.
3) Take a bowl and melt butter for 45 seconds on power .
4) Warm milk and whisk in butter and honey in it.
5) Pour the blend in the flour mixture and whisk continuously until a smooth paste is formed.
6) Cook for 6 minutes on power.
7) Allow to stand for 5 minutes and then loosen mould under grill.

SERVING
8) Serve warm.
