|Warm water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated to lukewarm|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dill seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine with cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg.
It will be a stiff dough.
Cover and let rise double its size, about 50 to 60 minutes.
Stir down, then turn into well greased 2-quart casserole.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt while still warm.
