Luscious Banana Apricot Bread
|White flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sour milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bananas||7 , mashed|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped dried apricots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Black walnut flavoring/3 cups chopped nuts||3 Teaspoon|
Mix first 5 ingredients by sifting into bowl.
Blend in eggs, sugar, shortening, and sour milk, beating well into dry ingredients.
Add bananas, flavoring or nuts, apricots, and wheat germ.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
