1. In a food processor blend sprouted wheat berries, salt and little water.
2. Blend until you get sticky dough, once done remove it on a flat tray and flatten the dough almost to a thickness of a wafer.
3. Place the tray in the dehydrator overnight, the texture should be like a cracker.
4. Serve it along with chai orange marmalade.
