  Bread flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Gluten flour 4 Teaspoon
  Shelled sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pumpkin seed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Poppy seed 2 Tablespoon
  Flax seed 2 Teaspoon
  Anise seed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Active dry yeast 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Add ingredients to bread machine (with a capacity of at least 10 cups) according to manufacturer's directions. Select the basic or whole wheat cycle, medium color setting.
