Vegan Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Demerera sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnut/Pecan 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Egg replacer 3 Teaspoon
  Ripe banana 3 , mashed
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
For greasing
  Non stick cooking spray 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Stir in nuts, egg replacer, bananas, oil and vanilla, mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350F for about 60 minutes, until tip of an inserted skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, transfer to a cooling rack, allow to cool completely.

SERVING
4. Cut into slices and serve.
