Basic Bread Stuffing
|Thinly sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh bread cubes||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||3 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In 2-quart casserole dish, heat celery, onion and butter 6 to 7 minutes or until celery and onion are tender, stirring twice.
Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-LOW.
Heat, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
