Peach Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped peaches 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Butter a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, soda, and cinnamon.
Add peaches; stir to coat with dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Wrap in aluminum foil.
