Mixed Herb Bread Stuffing's picture
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Soft bread cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash

Cook and stir onion in butter until tender.
Add bread cubes.
Heat, stirring to prevent excessive browning.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
For dry stuffing, add little or no liquid.
For moist stuffing, mix in lightly with fork just enough hot water or beef broth to moisten bread cubes.
