Banana Nut Bread
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Sour milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ripe bananas||4 Large, mashed|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Walnuts/Pecans||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour 1 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or 2 smaller pans.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs in large bowl using electric mixer.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on low until blended.
Turn into pan(s) and bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
