Cranberry Pecan Bread
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl; set aside.
Place milk, egg, and oil in blender container; blend to combine.
Add berries and nuts.
Blend till cranberries are coarsely chopped.
Pour blender mixture over dry ingredients; stir just to moisten.
Turn batter into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 1 1/4 hours.
Remove from pan; cool on rack
