Cranberry Pecan Bread

Ingredients

All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Milk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Egg 1
Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pecans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl set aside.

Place milk, egg, and oil in blender container blend to combine.

Add berries and nuts.

Blend till cranberries are coarsely chopped.

Pour blender mixture over dry ingredients stir just to moisten.

Turn batter into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350° about 1 1/4 hours.

Remove from pan cool on rack
