Chocolate Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Granola cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate square 3 Ounce
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe banana 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed
  Egg 1
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Line bottom of 9 x 5-inch loaf dish with wax paper.
Set aside.
In small bowl, combine granola and milk.
Set aside.
In medium mixing bowl, combine butter and chocolate.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until chocolate melts and can be stirred smooth, stirring once.
Cool slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and granola and milk mixture.
Beat at high speed of electric mixer for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
Spread batter evenly into prepared dish.
Shield ends with 2-inch strips of foil, covering 1 inch of batter and molding remainder around handles of dish.
Place dish on saucer in microwave oven.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 9 minutes, rotating dish after every 4 1/2 minutes.
Remove foil.
Increase power to High.
Microwave for 3 to 7 minutes, or until top appears dry and loaf starts to pull away from sides, rotating dish once.
Let stand on counter for 5 to 10 minutes.
Invert onto wire rack.
Cool.
