Banana bread is a very common and kids friendly bread...Banana bread is usually a quick bread, a sweet, cake like-bread which typically uses baking soda as the leavening agent instead of yeast..
Ingredients
  Banana 500 Gram
  Castor sugar 500 Gram
  Refined flour 330 Gram
  Egg 5
  Oil 400 Milliliter
  Cooking soda 10 Gram
  Cornflour 80 Gram
Directions

MAKE BANANA PUREE AND MIX IT WITH CASTOR SUGAR.
THEN, ADD EGGS.
ADD REFINED FLOUR MIXED WITH BAKING SODA .
ADD OIL.
LET IT FORM A SMOOTH BATTER CONSISTENCY.
THEN LINE THE MOULDS WITH BUTTER PAPER .
POUR IN TO MOULDS FILLED TILL HALF AND BAKE AT 170-180 C FOR 40 MINUTES .
REMOVE THE LIDS FROM MOULDS AND COLOUR IT TO DARK GOLDEN BROWN
COOL ON RACK, SLICE AND SERVE.
