|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat Bisquick, egg, and milk with rotary beater until smooth.
Lightly grease 6 or 7" round skillet.
Pour scant 1/4 cupful into hot skillet.
Tilt the pan to coat bottom.
Bake until bubbles appear.
Turn pancake gently and finish baking.
Repeat, making 12 to 18 pancakes.
Place baked pancakes between folds of towel until ready to use.
