|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat all ingredients together tilI smooth.
Lightly grease a 6-inch skillet or crepe pan.
On Range Top: Heat pan; remove from heat.
Spoon in about 2 tablespoons batter.
Rotate pan so batter spreads evenly.
Return to heat.
Brown on one side only.
To remove crepe, invert pan over paper toweling.
Repeat to make 16 crepes, lightly greasing pan occasionally.
