Whole Wheat Sesame Seed Bread

Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 2 Tablespoon (2 Packages)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Lukewarm milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Unbleached flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve yeast and honey in milk.
Stir in 2 cups whole wheat flour and beat thoroughly.
Stir in 1 cup of unbleached flour vigorously.
Add salt, wheat germ, sesame seeds, and vegetable oil.
Add the final cup of whole wheat flour and enough unbleached flour to make a workable dough.
Turn onto a lightly-floured surface and knead 8 to 10 minutes or until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turn to coat all sides.
Cover with a towel.
Let rise in a warm place (85°) for approximately 1 hour.
Punch down and shape into 2 loaves.
Place loaves into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pans.
Cover and let rise in warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled.
Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes or until done.
