Thyme Flavored Bread Stuffing
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Chicken stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Enriched white bread slices||2 , diced (Day-Old)|
In saucepan cook celery in stock until celery is soft and stock is almost evaporated.
Add bread and seasonings.
Moisten with additional water, if stuffing is too dry.
Heat and serve.
