Basic Bread Onion Stuffing
|Thinly sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh bread cubes||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||3 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In 2-quart casserole dish, combine celery, onion and butter.
Heat at high6 to 7 minutes, or until celery and onion are tender; stir twice.
Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly.
Heat, covered with glass lid, at medium-LOW 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through.
