Cracker Brown Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Graham cracker crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk/Sour milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted shortening/Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Blend ingredients in mixing bowl.
Line bottom of 2-cup measure with circle of wax paper.
Pour in half the batter.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 5 1/2 to 7 minutes, or until top springs back when touched lightly and no unbaked batter appears on side, rotating 1/2 turn every 3 minutes.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes before removing from measure.
Microwave second loaf.
Serve warm.
Reheat slices on plate.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 30 to 60 seconds.
