1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. Make a well in the center of the mixture and add oil, pumpkin, and water.
4. Mix well with a spoon. Stir in walnuts.
5. Pour into two oiled and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
6. Bake 60 minutes.
