Avocado Nut Bread
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Sour milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mashed avocado||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sift the flour, soda, sugar, baking powder and salt together into a large bowl.
Add the egg, milk, avocado and nuts and mix just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
