Blender White Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) (sifted)
  Active dry yeast 1 Packet
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
Directions

Place 1 1/2 Cup of the flour and yeast in blender container.
Switch on and off to combine.
Heat milk, shortening, sugar, and salt just till warm, stirring till shortening is melted.
Add to dry ingredients in blender.
Add egg.
Blend at low speed until combined.
Blend at high speed till smooth, only 4 to 5 seconds.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Stir in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
Cover and let rise till double, about 45 minutes.
Punch down.
Turn onto lightly floured surface; let rest 10 minutes.
Shape loaf.
Put in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
