Cranberry Orange Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , grated rind and juice (Plus Water To Make 3/4 Cup, Or Use 3/4 Orange Juice)
  Raw cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in halves
Directions

Measure flour and blend dry ingredients.
Mix in shortening, orange rind and juice and egg.
Fold in cranberries.
Bake one hour at 350°F.in a well greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Cool thoroughly before slicing.
