Cranberry Orange Bread
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 , grated rind and juice (Plus Water To Make 3/4 Cup, Or Use 3/4 Orange Juice)|
|Raw cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in halves|
Measure flour and blend dry ingredients.
Mix in shortening, orange rind and juice and egg.
Fold in cranberries.
Bake one hour at 350°F.in a well greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Cool thoroughly before slicing.
