|Sifted flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced pimento stuffed olives||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sift the flour and baking powder together into a mixing bowl and add olives and sugar.
Combine the egg, milk and butter.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just enough to moisten flour.
Place in a greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour or until bread tests done.
