Millet Bread

Ingredients
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Lukewarm water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Dry yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Millet flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Add honey to lukewarm water and sprinkle yeast over the surface.
Leave to soak.
Combine eggs and oil.
Combine salt, millet flour, cornmeal and oat flour.
When yeast mixture is activated, add it to egg mixture, then stir this into the dry mixture, blending well.
Pour batter into oiled 9x9-inch pan.
Leave in a warm place for 30 to 40 minutes or until batter has risen, increasing its volume by at least half as much.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake 30 minutes or until bread is brown on top.
