Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slice 8
  Banana 1
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mash banana thoroughly; mix in lemon juice.
Mash tofu; blend in tofu and peanut butter until thoroughly mixed.
Spread on bread and garnish as desired.
