Pineapple Walnut Bread

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Soy flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wheat germ 3 Tablespoon
  Milk powder 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
Directions

Beat together the oil, honey, and eggs; stir in the pineapple juice.
Stir the dry ingredients together, then add to the liquid using just a few strokes.
Spoon the batter into an oiled loaf pan; bake at 350°F for about one hour, until a toothpick comes out clean.
