  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon, dissolved in 2 tablespoons sour milk
  Diced apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sprinkle on top of loaf and bake 1 hour at 325°.
