Nutty Nut Bread Sandwiches

  Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ripe banana 1 Medium, mashed
  Chopped pitted dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Date and nut roll 14 Ounce (Two 7 Ounce Cans)

In a small mixing bowl combine peanut butter, honey, banana, and chopped dates.
Slice each date and nut roll into 16 slices. Spread half of the bread slices with the peanut butter mixture, then top with the remaining slices. Wrap sets of 2 sandwiches in clear plastic wrap.
