Ingredients
  Basic baking mix/2 1/4 cups buttermilk baking mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Granola/Fruited granola 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches.
Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool slightly; remove from pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
