Easy Pumpkin Bread
|Flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned pumpkin||2 Cup (32 tbs) (No.303 Can)|
|Cooking oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix flour, soda, sugar and spice together.
Make a well or hole in dry ingredients and add pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water.
Beat until smooth, add nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350°.
This will make two 4 x 9-inch loaf pans or two 2-pound coffee cans or four 1-pound coffee cans.
Makes a moist bread and is easy to mail in the coffee cans, as it keeps fresh a long time.
