Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Ingredients
  Cornflake crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  100% bran cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Beer 12 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 1 Can)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf dish.
Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
Tilt dish to coat.
Set aside.
In medium mixing bowl, combine whole wheat and all-purpose flours, cereal, cheese, baking powder, garlic salt, oregano and parsley.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, blend remaining ingredients.
Pour into flour mixture.
Beat well.
Spread batter evenly into prepared dish.
Shield ends with 2-inch strips of foil, covering 1 inch of batter and molding remainder around handles of dish.
Place dish on saucer in microwave oven.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 8 minutes, rotating dish after every 4 minutes.
Remove foil.
Increase power to High.
Microwave for 5 to 7 minutes, or until center springs back when touched lightly and top appears dry, rotating dish once.
Let stand on counter for 5 minutes.
Invert onto wire rack.
