Peasant Bread

Ingredients
  Dry yeast 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Packages, 0.25 Ounce Each)
  Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Melted margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti sauce mix 1 (1 Package)
  Flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve the yeast in warm water in a bowl.
Blend the salt, sugar, margarine, sauce mix and half the flour.
Add to the yeast and beat until smooth.
Scrape down side of bowl, then beat in remaining flour until blended.
Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
Stir down and beat for 25 seconds.
Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove to rack to cool.
