Thanksgiving Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cream the butter and honey; beat in the eggs and orange juice.
In a separate bowl stir together all of the dry ingredients (not the cranberries); add them gradually to the liquid mixture. Fold in the cranberries.
Turn the batter into an oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
